Return policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges since everything is custom ordered. If however, you have received your print/frame and it is damaged for some unforeseen reason, then please contact us within 2 days of receiving. We will require photos of the damage in order to process the claim. If you find there is some other type of error with your purchase, please contact me to discuss at orders@nenameurlin.com
How long will My order take?
PRINTS: 1 week + shipping.
FRAMED PRINTS: 1-2 weeks + shipping
METAL PRINTS: 1 week + shipping
MINIS: 1-2 weeks + shipping
*Transit times are estimates by the shipping carriers and usually take a week.
*Please reach out if you need an order rushed. An extra shipping charge will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship in the United States.
Can I do custom Sizes?
Yes! While not every size is listed in the shop, please know that I can accommodate whatever size you desire! Please send an email to inquiries@nenameurlin.com or click “Contact” at the bottom to get a quote for a custom size. Prints, frames, (frame colors) and mat sizes can all be customized.
Do you offer Design Help?
Yes! I would be happy to help you with any space in your home. I can show you how your new piece will look in a room similar to yours, or with various wall paint colors. I can even show exactly how it would look customized on your own wall! If you need help deciding on frame sizes and colors for your certain space, that is something I can do too. If I see a photo that is not on the shop to purchase, is there a way I can buy it?
Yes! If there is something you see not listed for sale, please email and I can order that for you!
Why don’t you offer the same sizes for each print/frame?
Some prints are cropped based on the composition, and so therefore they are at a different price point versus the full frame. Each print mentions if it is full frame or cropped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in your price, so there is no shipping charge.
Is the artwork signed?
A signed certificate of authenticity will be sent to you with the title, date, and size of the photograph. This will be sent to the purchaser within 10 days of receiving the artwork.
